Kentucky's KRS 61.8746 addresses commercial publication of public-agency booking or official inmate photographs when removal requires payment or consideration. The statute does not make this site a legal representative and does not promise immediate removal from unrelated publishers or search engines.
External Sites and Availability

The capture manifest records some access conditions on the research date, but it does not guarantee future availability. The site may update or remove a link when a source changes.
